Delivery Information
- This item will be delivered by APC Courier
- Please ensure that you include your mobile number when ordering to receive SMS delivery updates.
- This item will be delivered within 2-3 working days, although some products may take longer.
- Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Not Going To Be Home?
If you're not going to be available on the day of delivery, and you'd like the consignment left in a safe place, you must give us advance notice so we can inform the courier. If advance notice is not given to the courier before the day of delivery, the courier will not leave safe the consignment.
After you place your order:
- We will send you a separate e-mail with your expected delivery day.
- The courier will confirm to you your delivery day via SMS text, and we will send you an e-mail the day before the delivery is due.
- On the day of delivery, we will send you an email with an estimated time window at which point you will be able to track the order.

Returns Policy
Damages/Exchange Policy
- Any damages, returns and exchanges must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery.
- In ALL cases the original packaging IS required to instigate a return.
- Simply email us on info@themirrorman.uk and we will arrange for the exchange to take place.
- In the unlikely event that you receive this item damaged, we will arrange to collect, exchange and re-deliver this item to you at no extra cost.
Returns Policy
- In the unlikely event that you would like to return this item, then please contact us on email: info@themirrorman.uk
- We will arrange for our Specialist Courier to collect the item which MUST be boxed in the original packaging.
- We will issue a refund of your item within 7 days of the item arriving back with us and it being checked.
- This refund will be less the collection fee of £25 including VAT for each item.
- In the Very unlikely event that the original packaging is not available for the collection, we will automatically deduct £25 from any refund for repackaging.
- Should an item be damaged on delivery and you still dispose of the packaging, you will need to contact us to pay the repackaging cost of £25 before we can action an exchange.
Extended Returns Periods
- All orders ordered over a bank holiday will have the extra days added to the return period.
- All orders placed from 15th November, returns and exchange will be accepted until the 15th January the following year.

| How to Hang | This mirror will be supplied with 4x built-in fixings on the back of the frame, so you can hang it either landscape or portrait. Simply fit wall screws level with the centre of the corresponding hooks and hang the mirror directly. DO NOT USE STRING, WIRE, OR CHAIN. Please note screws and rawl plugs aren’t included.
