Sculptural geometry that commands attention
This large abstract mirror is built to be the focal point of any room. A steady performer in our Wall Mirrors line-up — chosen repeatedly by customers looking for something genuinely sculptural — it blurs the line between functional mirror and modern wall art.
Design & Materials
The central rectangular mirror glass sits within a surround of bevelled mirror panels arranged in a deliberately fragmented pattern. Each panel is cut into angular strips and set at contrasting angles, layered and overlapping so they project outward from the wall at varying depths. The effect is unmistakably abstract: part starburst, part deconstructed frame.
Every panel features a crisp bevelled edge that catches and refracts light, giving the piece a constant, shifting sparkle. The backing structure is hardwood with a black plastic-veneer finish visible along each panel edge, providing clean definition between the mirrored surfaces. The overall finish is polished and glossy — a large abstract wall mirror that reads as both decorative art and a working reflective surface.
Size & Placement
At 120 cm tall and 81 cm wide, this mirror sits comfortably above a console table, sideboard, or mantelpiece. Because of its irregular, projecting profile, we recommend allowing at least 15 cm of clear wall space on each side so the outermost panels aren’t crowded by shelving or frames.
It works beautifully as large rectangular wall art in a hallway, where the angled panels bounce light deeper into the space. In a living room it makes a confident alternative to a gallery wall, while in a dining area it adds movement under pendant lighting. The geometric, frameless aesthetic pairs naturally with modern interiors, though it can add an unexpected edge to more traditional schemes. Both portrait and landscape orientations are fully supported.
Hanging & Installation
Four D-loops on the back support both portrait and landscape hanging. Position your wall screws to line up with the centre of the corresponding D-loops, then hang the mirror directly — do not use string, wire, or chain. At 10 kg, a two-person lift is advisable to align the piece accurately, especially in landscape mode where the width demands precise spacing.
Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included — choose fixings rated for your wall type.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
