Built for the garden, loved indoors too
This cream arch window mirror brings the elegant lines of a gothic church window to your garden wall or interior space. A steady performer in our full length mirrors line-up — chosen repeatedly by customers looking for outdoor-ready mirrors with genuine character.
Design & Materials
The frame is constructed from steel with a hand-applied cream finish deliberately aged to produce subtle tonal variation — soft sandy undertones blend with pale stone and hints of warm taupe. Up close, the surface has a lightly textured, chalky quality rather than a flat painted look, giving it the appearance of weathered stonework. Decorative glazing bars divide the mirror into multiple panes arranged in a classic gothic window pattern, with gracefully curved lancet arches layered within the pointed top. The overall effect is convincingly architectural. The mirror glass is clear and unadorned, providing bright reflections that bounce light and greenery around a garden or room. A plastic sheet backing board protects the reverse.
Size & Placement
At 150 cm tall and 61 cm wide, this arch wall mirror sits comfortably in the full length bracket without overwhelming a standard garden wall or hallway. The slim 4 cm depth keeps the profile close to the surface. Outdoors, we often suggest positioning it against brick framed by climbing plants or at the end of a garden path, where it creates the illusion of a doorway — a classic trick for making compact gardens feel larger. The flat bottom edge also lets you lean this large full length window mirror against an interior wall as a statement piece in a hallway or bedroom. The shabby chic weathered finish pairs naturally with rustic furniture, reclaimed wood, and exposed brick, while the neutral cream tone works alongside contemporary pieces too. Its decorative window-pane styling suits a country kitchen, a period dining room, or a boutique hotel entrance equally well.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror comes fitted with three keyhole fixings on the back — one on each side and one at the top — so you simply hook it onto screws already set in your wall. Do not use string, wire, or chain to hang this mirror. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included; use fixings appropriate to your wall type (masonry anchors for brick or stone, suitable plasterboard fixings for stud walls). At 12 kg, it is manageable but worth having a second person steady the frame while you position it. For outdoor mounting, ensure your fixings are rust-resistant and the wall surface is stable enough to bear the weight.
