This frameless full length wall mirror pairs a generous 174 × 84 cm reflective surface with a striking wide-bevel border — the kind of clean, all-glass design that opens up a room without introducing a single competing colour or texture. Part of our Puriton Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our bedroom and hallway customers.
Design & Materials
The defining feature here is the broad mitre-cut bevelled edge. Rather than a traditional frame, four angled mirror panels surround the central glass, creating a subtle three-dimensional border that refracts light at different angles throughout the day. The corners are precisely mitred, with a fine black edge line separating the bevel from the main panel — a detail that adds definition without weight. Behind the glass sits a hardwood backing board finished with a black felt layer, giving the piece rigidity while protecting whatever surface it leans or hangs against. In our experience, this all-mirror construction is one of the most versatile finishes you can choose: it complements modern, minimalist, and plain interiors equally well, and it never clashes with existing colour schemes because it simply reflects them.
Size & Placement
At 174 cm tall and 84 cm wide, this is a true full length mirror — tall enough for a head-to-toe view and wide enough to give a generous reflection without the cramped feel of narrower designs. It sits comfortably in a bedroom, dressing area, or hallway. Propped against a wall as a leaner (the flat bottom edge makes this straightforward), it creates a relaxed, contemporary focal point in a living room or spare room corner. Hung in landscape above a sideboard or console table, it works as a large wall mirror that doubles the sense of space in a dining room or entrance hall. The 2 cm depth keeps the profile slim against the wall, so even in tighter spaces it won’t protrude noticeably. If you’re after a full length large mirror for a wall that needs light and openness without the visual weight of a frame, this rectangular design is well worth considering.
Hanging & Installation
Four D-loops are fitted to the hardwood back — two positioned for portrait hanging, two for landscape — so you can choose your orientation without additional hardware. Line up your wall screws with the centre of the corresponding D-loops and hang the mirror directly; do not use string, wire, or chain. At 20 kg this is a substantial piece, so we recommend a two-person lift when positioning it, and you should use fixings rated for both the weight and your wall type (solid masonry, plasterboard on stud, or dot-and-dab each require different anchoring). Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
