This small modern wall mirror delivers a clean, contemporary look that works quietly in almost any setting. Part of our Puriton Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our bathroom and hallway customers.
Design & Materials
The frame is constructed entirely from angled mirror panels, each bevelled along their inner edge to catch and refract light as it moves across the room. A fine black pinstripe separates the outer frame panels from the central glass, giving the design a crisp sense of definition without relying on a traditional frame material. Behind the glass, a hardwood backing board provides structural rigidity, while a black felt layer protects both the mirror and your wall from scuffs.
The result is a frameless rectangular mirror with genuine depth — the angled surround sits proud of the wall, creating a box-frame profile that feels architectural rather than flat. The finish is polished throughout, so it pairs naturally with chrome tapware, white ceramics, and modern furniture in neutral tones.
Size & Placement
At 69 cm tall and 58 cm wide, this is a compact wall mirror that fills a space without overwhelming it. We often suggest this size above a bathroom basin, where it provides a practical reflection area while leaving breathing room around it. It also works well in a hallway, above a narrow console table, or as part of a grouped arrangement — the lifestyle image shows three hung side by side above a sofa, where the repetition creates a striking gallery effect.
Because it can be hung in either portrait or landscape orientation, you have the flexibility to adapt it to the wall space you have. Portrait is the natural choice for a small rectangular wall mirror above a sink; landscape suits a wider wall section or a display above a sideboard. At just 2 cm deep and 5 kg, it sits close to the wall and won’t protrude into tighter spaces.
Hanging & Installation
This mirror comes fitted with four D-loops on the back — two positioned for portrait hanging and two for landscape — so you can choose your orientation without additional hardware. Position your wall screws to line up with the centre of the corresponding D-loops, then hang the mirror directly onto them. Do not use string, wire, or chain, as this design requires a fixed, flush mount for stability.
Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included, so choose fixings appropriate for your wall type. For plasterboard or stud walls, in our experience, a dedicated plasterboard anchor rated for at least 10 kg per point gives the safest hold. On solid masonry, standard rawl plugs and screws are sufficient.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
