This refined modern mirror brings a quiet sense of luxury to any wall it occupies. Part of our Holsworthy Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our bathroom and hallway customers, it replaces a traditional frame with layered bevelled glass — creating depth, light play, and a sleek silhouette that feels decidedly modern.
Design & Materials
What sets this mirror apart is its double-bevelled border. Rather than a conventional wooden or metal frame, two tiers of angled mirror panels surround the central glass, separated by fine black pinstripe detailing. Each bevel is precision-cut, catching and refracting light to produce a subtle prismatic shimmer along every edge. The central glass is also bevelled, adding one more layer of depth to an already dimensional piece.
Behind the glass, a hardwood backing board provides structural rigidity, while a black felt layer protects both the mirror and your wall from scratches. The result is an art deco wall mirror that feels contemporary and streamlined — a style we reach for when customers want impact without ornament. The all-mirror finish means it blends effortlessly with any colour scheme, from crisp white bathrooms to darker, moodier interiors.
Size & Placement
At 68 cm tall and 58 cm wide, this is a compact yet purposeful size. It sits comfortably above a bathroom vanity unit — as shown in the lifestyle image — without overwhelming the space. It also works beautifully above a console table in a hallway, or as a feature piece on a narrow wall between doorways. The near-square proportions give it a balanced, grounded feel that suits tight wall spaces where a longer rectangular mirror might look cramped.
Because it can hang in both portrait and landscape orientation, you have flexibility. In landscape, it becomes a wider modern mirror wall piece — ideal above a sideboard or bedroom chest of drawers. In portrait, it offers more vertical coverage for grooming or dressing. At just 2 cm deep, it sits almost flush against the wall, maintaining the clean lines you would expect from a frameless design. It weighs 8 kg, so standard plasterboard fixings with appropriate anchors will hold it securely.
Hanging & Installation
This mirror arrives fitted with four D-loops on the back, positioned to support both portrait and landscape hanging. Simply align your wall screws with the centre of the corresponding D-loops and hang the mirror directly — no wire, string, or chain should be used. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included, so choose fixings appropriate for your wall type: standard rawl plugs for masonry, or hollow-wall anchors for plasterboard.
At 8 kg, this is comfortably a one-person hang, though having someone to hold the mirror while you mark drill points always makes the job easier and more precise.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
