Garden-ready grandeur, just as stunning indoors
This gold full length wall mirror brings an unmistakable sense of scale and light to any space it occupies. Part of our Nynehead Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our full length mirror customers, it combines a clean industrial grid with a warm gold finish that lifts both modern and traditional settings.
Design & Materials
The frame is constructed from steel with a smooth, satin-gold painted finish — rich enough to catch the eye but not overly shiny, giving it a refined warmth rather than high-gloss glamour. Eighteen individual mirror panes sit within the grid, arranged in a 3 × 6 layout that echoes the classic Crittall window style. Each pane is separated by slim bars roughly 2.5 cm wide, creating a rhythmic pattern that adds architectural interest without heavy visual weight. The glass is clear and un-bevelled, keeping reflections crisp across the full surface. A black plastic sheet backing board protects the rear and helps keep moisture out — an important detail given this mirror is rated for outdoor use. In our experience, the windowpane grid format is one of the most effective ways to introduce a large mirror without the look feeling stark or plain.
Size & Placement
At 200 cm tall and 80 cm wide, this is a genuinely large full length gold mirror — tall enough for a head-to-toe reflection yet narrow enough to slot beside furniture without overwhelming a wall. The flat bottom edge means you can lean it against a wall in a hallway, bedroom, or dressing area if you prefer the relaxed, editorial look of a floor-standing piece. It also works beautifully wall-mounted in portrait orientation above a console table or at the end of a corridor to draw the eye and stretch the sense of space. Outdoors, we often suggest this for a sheltered garden wall or covered patio; the grid pattern reflects greenery in individual panes, creating an effect not unlike a real window onto a second garden. At just 2 cm deep, the profile sits close to the wall and keeps a streamlined appearance whether indoors or out.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror has four keyhole fixings on the back, allowing you to hang it in either portrait or landscape orientation. Position your wall screws to line up with the centre of each keyhole, then hook the mirror on. At 25 kg, this is a substantial piece — we recommend a two-person lift during installation, and you should ensure your fixings are suitable for the wall type (solid masonry, brick, or appropriately reinforced stud walls). Do not use string, wire, or chain to hang this rectangular full length wall mirror. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included, so choose fixings rated for the weight and your specific wall construction.
