Built for the garden, loved indoors too
This green mirror is one of our most popular full length mirrors, and it is easy to see why. Standing 159 cm tall with a classic arched window silhouette, it brings the look of a reclaimed orangery pane to any setting — garden terrace, hallway, or living room wall.
Design & Materials
The frame is forged from steel and finished in a mottled sage green with earthy undertones of ochre and brown that give it a convincingly weathered, time-worn appearance. Slim bars — roughly 2.5 cm wide — divide the glass into a grid of individual panes, topped by a smaller inner arch that echoes the shape of the outer frame. The effect is unmistakably Victorian window-style, yet the proportions feel relaxed and contemporary. Clear mirror glass sits behind each section, backed by a plastic sheet for added protection. Because the finish is intentionally distressed, no two pieces look identical — slight variations in the patina are part of the design, not a flaw. In our experience, this kind of rustic detailing pairs especially well with exposed brick, reclaimed wood furniture, or neutral rendered walls.
Size & Placement
At 159 × 66 cm, this is a generous large green mirror that delivers real visual impact without overwhelming a space. It is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, so you can mount it on a sheltered garden wall to reflect planting and sky, or lean it against an interior wall for a relaxed full length look. The flat bottom edge sits flush on a floor, making it a stable leaner against a hallway wall, beside a console table, or in a bedroom corner. Outdoors, position it opposite a flower bed or along a fence line to create the illusion of a second garden — a trick we often suggest for smaller courtyard spaces. Indoors, it works beautifully above a rustic bench in an entrance hall or propped behind potted plants in a conservatory. The narrow 66 cm width means it fits comfortably on a chimney breast or between windows, and the vintage arch window frame style complements shabby chic, industrial, and cottage interiors alike.
Hanging & Installation
Two keyhole fixings are fitted to the back of the frame, one on each side, so you simply hook the mirror onto a pair of screws already set in the wall. Do not use string, wire, or chain — the keyhole slots provide a secure, flush fit. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included; choose fixings rated for your wall type (masonry, brick, or stud). At 15 kg this is a manageable weight for two people to lift into position, and we would recommend having a helper steady the frame while you align the keyholes. If you prefer to lean the mirror rather than hang it, ensure the base sits on a non-slip surface and the top rests squarely against the wall.

Love my mirror! I was away on delivery day and the mirror was left in a hidden corner of the garden, just as I’d requested. Beautifully packaged, and a fabulous new feature I can admire from my kitchen window.
