This silver wall mirror full length combines a softly arched silhouette with ornate detailing that draws the eye upward to a hand-finished floral crown crest. A steady performer in our full length mirrors line-up — chosen repeatedly by customers looking for traditional character at a generous scale.
Design & Materials
The frame is constructed from steel and finished in a cool, lightly aged silver tone that reads neither too bright nor too dark — a shade that sits comfortably alongside both warm and cool colour palettes. Running the full perimeter is a fine beaded moulding that lends a quiet rhythm to the frame’s edge, while the centrepiece crown features scrollwork and a shell-like cartouche flanked by small floral rosettes. In our experience, this kind of restrained ornamentation pairs especially well with muted linens and natural textures. The glass is clear and un-bevelled, giving you a clean, distortion-free reflection across the full 174 × 96 cm surface. A plastic sheet backing board adds rigidity and protects the rear of the mirror.
Size & Placement
At 174 cm tall and 96 cm wide, this is a genuinely full-length large mirror for a wall — tall enough for a head-to-toe view and broad enough to open up a room visually. The flat base means it can lean securely against a wall, which makes it a natural fit as a bedroom leaner beside a wardrobe or at the end of a landing. Mounted on the wall, it works beautifully in a hallway where the arch shape echoes a doorway, or above a console table in a living room where the crown crest becomes a decorative focal point. The silver finish and ornate styling complement schemes that lean traditional, shabby chic, or French-inspired, though the relatively slender 4 cm frame keeps it from overwhelming more pared-back interiors. If you have a large silver ornate wall floor mirror in mind as a statement piece, this arch shape delivers presence without bulk.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror comes fitted with two keyhole fixings on the back, so you simply hook it onto two screws set at the correct spacing — no wire or chain is needed, and none should be used. At 20 kg, we recommend a two-person lift when positioning and hanging. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included; use fixings appropriate to your wall type — heavy-duty plasterboard anchors for stud walls, or standard rawl plugs and screws for solid masonry. For a leaner set-up, rest the flat base on the floor and tilt the mirror gently against the wall; a small anti-slip pad beneath each corner will keep it from creeping on hard flooring.
