Built for the garden, equally at home indoors
This black metal arch mirror brings the look of a heritage factory window to your wall — indoors or out. Part of our Barrington Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our garden and living space customers, it pairs an industrial grid frame with a graceful arched top to create a piece that feels both architectural and inviting.
Design & Materials
The frame is crafted from steel with a smooth matte black finish, divided into eighteen individual panes by slim metal glazing bars. The effect is unmistakably industrial — reminiscent of a Crittall-style window — yet the shallow arch softens the overall profile and keeps it from feeling stark. Each pane holds clear, unbevelled mirror glass that sits flush with the frame, giving the piece a clean, contemporary edge. A sealed plastic sheet backing board protects the rear, helping the mirror withstand the elements when hung outdoors. At just 2.5 cm deep, the frame sits close to the wall for a neat, low-profile look.
Size & Placement
Measuring 75 cm high and 110 cm wide, this is a landscape-oriented arch wall mirror with real presence. We often suggest this for above a fireplace or overmantle position, where the wide span echoes the proportions of a mantelpiece beautifully. It also works well above a sideboard or console table in a hallway, bringing light and depth to a transitional space. Outdoors, mount it against a brick or rendered garden wall to reflect foliage and sky — an effect that can make a smaller courtyard or patio feel noticeably more open. The flat bottom edge means you could also rest it on a deep shelf or mantel and lean it back against the wall for a relaxed, unfixed arrangement. Its black industrial styling pairs naturally with exposed brick, raw timber, and other metal accents, but it also creates a striking contrast against lighter, painted walls.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror weighs 10 kg, so it is manageable for one person, though having a second pair of hands will make levelling easier on the wall. Two keyhole fixings are fitted to the back — simply drive two screws into your wall at the correct spacing and hook the mirror over them. Do not use string, wire, or chain to hang this mirror. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included, so choose fixings appropriate for your wall type: standard plugs and screws for solid masonry, or heavy-duty plasterboard fixings if you are mounting on a stud wall. For outdoor installation, stainless steel or weather-resistant screws are advisable to prevent corrosion over time.

Never used this company before; found them on-line.
A phone call for a clarification was answered quickly and helpfully. After placing the order everything ran smoothly and it was delivered within a few days. There was a short delay because of a problem with their van, but we were kept well informed. Very pleased with the mirror, delivery and service.
