Clean lines, quiet drama
This full length art deco wall mirror pairs geometric precision with a frameless, all-mirror construction that feels unmistakably deco in character. Drawn from our Lingport Collection range, a line we return to often when customers ask for something modern yet distinctive. The layered bevelled border creates depth and movement without relying on colour or ornament — just glass, light, and clean geometry.
Design & Materials
The frame is built entirely from mirror, with two tiers of bevelled glass strips creating a stepped, inset border around a large central panel. Each bevel catches the light at a slightly different angle, producing subtle shifts of brightness across the surface that give the piece real presence on the wall. A fine black line sits between each layer, adding definition and a crisp, architectural quality that nods to classic art deco pattern work. The central glass is also bevelled at its edges, reinforcing the layered effect. Behind the mirror sits a sturdy hardwood backing finished with black felt, which protects both the mirror and your wall surface.
Size & Placement
At 174 cm tall and 85 cm wide, this is a generous rectangular full length wall mirror that gives you a true head-to-toe reflection when hung in portrait orientation. It sits comfortably on a standard hallway wall or in a bedroom beside a wardrobe. For a more contemporary look, lean it against the wall — the flat bottom edge makes this perfectly stable as a large full length mirror for living spaces or dressing areas. Rotated to landscape, it makes an impressive frameless wall mirror above a mantelpiece, console table, or dining sideboard, spanning just under a metre in height and 174 cm across. Because the frame is entirely reflective, the piece amplifies natural light and the sense of space in any room — we often suggest this for narrower hallways or compact bedrooms where you want to open things up without adding visual weight.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror comes fitted with four D-loops on the hardwood backing, positioned so you can hang it in either portrait or landscape orientation. Line up your wall screws with the centre of the corresponding D-loops and hang the mirror directly — do not use string, wire, or chain. At 20 kg, this is a substantial piece, so we recommend a two-person lift when positioning it on the wall. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included; choose fixings appropriate for your wall type (solid masonry, plasterboard, or stud). For plasterboard walls, heavy-duty fixings rated for the weight are essential.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
