Fluid curves, bold presence
This organic shaped mirror is one of those pieces that changes the character of a wall the moment you hang it. Drawn from our Flowford Collection — a range that sells consistently well with our full length mirror customers — it swaps straight lines for sinuous, flowing curves that feel almost sculptural. If you want something modern, distinctive, and genuinely eye-catching, this is a shape we reach for often.
Design & Materials
The silhouette is entirely freeform: wider at the top and bottom with an elegant pinch through the centre, creating a form that feels organic and dynamic. There is no traditional frame — instead, a slim black metal edge traces the outline of the glass, giving the mirror a clean, defined profile without adding visual bulk. The edge finish is smooth and lightly glossed, sitting flush against the mirror surface for a refined, contemporary look. Behind the glass sits a sturdy wooden backing board that gives the piece its rigidity and supports the hanging hardware. The mirror glass itself is clear and undistorted, offering a true reflection across the full surface. It is a frameless wall mirror full length in stature but entirely unconventional in character, equally at home among minimalist décor and bolder, more eclectic interiors.
Size & Placement
At 160 cm tall and 60 cm wide, this organic mirror provides a genuinely useful full length reflection — tall enough for head-to-toe outfit checks, yet the narrow width keeps it from dominating a wall. In our experience, mirrors with irregular silhouettes like this work particularly well in spaces that need visual energy without additional furniture: a landing, a hallway nook, or beside a wardrobe in a bedroom. In a living room, try positioning it beside a sofa or armchair — the curves contrast beautifully with linear furniture and clean-edged shelving. Because you can hang this mirror in either portrait or landscape orientation, it adapts to different wall spaces easily. Landscape orientation turns it into a large modern decorative wall mirror above a console or sideboard, while portrait gives you full length coverage. At just 2 cm deep, it sits almost flat to the wall and won’t protrude into the room.
Hanging & Installation
This mirror comes fitted with four D-loops on the wooden backing, positioned to allow both portrait and landscape hanging. You line up your wall screws with the centre of each D-loop and hang the mirror directly — no wire, string, or chain should be used. At 15 kg, it is a substantial piece, so we recommend a two-person lift when positioning it on the wall. Use fixings appropriate for your wall type: heavy-duty rawl plugs and screws for masonry, or specialist plasterboard fixings for stud walls. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
