Soft Curves, Bold Presence
This full length wavy mirror makes an immediate impression. Drawn from our Flowford Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our bedroom and hallway customers, it replaces rigid geometry with a fluid, organic outline that feels sculptural without overwhelming a room.
Design & Materials
The mirror is entirely frameless — or rather, the frame sits hidden behind the glass as a slim black metal edging that traces every curve of the irregular silhouette. From the front, all you see is mirror and a razor-thin dark border, giving it a clean, contemporary look that floats against the wall. The glass itself is clear and un-bevelled, providing an undistorted reflection across its generous surface. A solid wooden backing adds rigidity and helps the wave mirror hold its shape over time. In our experience, this stripped-back frameless style pairs effortlessly with both minimalist interiors and busier, more layered décor schemes — the absence of a traditional frame means it never competes with surrounding furniture or artwork.
Size & Placement
At 180 cm tall and 80 cm wide, this is a genuinely large wavy mirror — tall enough for a head-to-toe view in portrait orientation, and wide enough to create a striking horizontal feature when turned on its side. In a bedroom, hang it portrait beside a wardrobe or behind a door for a full length dressing mirror with real visual interest. In a hallway or living room, landscape orientation transforms it into a wiggly statement piece above a console table or low sideboard. Because the profile is only 2 cm deep, the mirror sits close to the wall and doesn’t intrude into walkways — useful if you’re considering it for a narrow entrance. Its extra-large footprint also makes it a strong choice for salons, boutiques, or hotel suites where a full length decorative wall mirror can double as both a practical tool and a design feature.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror comes fitted with four D-loops on the wooden backing, pre-positioned to support both portrait and landscape hanging. Simply align your wall screws with the D-loop centres and hang directly — do not use string, wire, or chain. At 18 kg, this is a two-person lift, and we recommend ensuring your wall fixings are rated for the weight. For plasterboard or stud walls, heavy-duty fixings are essential; for solid masonry, standard rawl plugs and screws will suffice. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included, so choose fixings appropriate for your wall type.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
