Design & Materials
Rather than a traditional timber or metal surround, the border here is formed by two concentric bands of bevelled mirror strip, separated by slim black pinstripe detailing. The result is a stepped, architectural frame that feels distinctly art deco without any ornate embellishment. Each bevelled edge catches ambient light at a different angle, giving the border a subtle prismatic quality that shifts as you move past it. The central mirror panel is backed by a hardwood substrate and black felt layer for rigidity and wall protection, while the polished glass surface delivers a sharp, true reflection throughout.
Size & Placement
At 100 cm tall and 70 cm wide, this is a versatile mid-sized wall mirror — generous enough to act as a focal point above a console table or sideboard, yet contained enough not to overwhelm the wall. We often suggest this for living rooms or hallways where you want decorative wall art that also opens out the space with reflected light. It works beautifully above a mantelpiece in portrait orientation, or hung landscape above a dining-room sideboard for a wider visual spread. The flat bottom edge also means you can lean it on a deep shelf or mantel if you prefer not to drill. Hanging & Installation
This rectangular frameless wall mirror comes fitted with four D-loops on the reverse, positioned so you can hang it in either portrait or landscape. Line up your wall screws with the centre of the corresponding D-loops and hang the mirror directly — do not use string, wire, or chain. At 10 kg it is manageable for one person, though a second pair of hands makes levelling quicker. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included, so choose fixings appropriate to your wall type: standard rawl plugs for masonry, or specialist plasterboard anchors for stud walls.
