This crowned full length wall mirror pairs classical ornamental detailing with generous proportions, creating a focal point that lifts an entire room. A steady performer in our Full Length Mirrors line-up — chosen repeatedly by customers looking for ornate gold styling with real visual impact.
Design & Materials
The frame is constructed from steel finished in a warm, muted gold with a soft satin sheen — not overly shiny, lending it a refined, almost antique character. A continuous beaded border runs the full perimeter of the arch, adding texture and depth without overwhelming the design. At the crown, a cast decorative crest features scrolling acanthus-style leaves and a central fan motif, giving the mirror its signature silhouette. The glass itself is clear and flat (not bevelled), offering a crisp, undistorted reflection across the full surface. Behind the glass sits a black plastic sheet backing board, keeping the mirror protected and tidy from the rear.
Size & Placement
Measuring 174 cm high by 96 cm wide and just 3 cm deep, this full length gold arch mirror is sized to give you a head-to-toe view without consuming an entire wall. In our experience, an arch mirror of this scale works beautifully leaned against the wall at the foot of a bed or beside a wardrobe — the flat bottom edge sits flush on the floor for a relaxed, editorial look. It is equally effective hung in a hallway, where the height draws the eye upward and the gold frame catches ambient light, or positioned in a living room above a console table. The ornate gold finish pairs naturally with warm neutrals, dark wood furniture, and velvet upholstery, but also provides a striking contrast in cooler, contemporary schemes with grey or blush walls.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror comes fitted with two keyhole fixings on the back, so you simply hook it onto two screws in your wall — no wire, string, or chain should be used. At 20 kg, we recommend a two-person lift when positioning the mirror, and you should choose fixings appropriate for your wall type (wall screws and rawl plugs are not included). For solid masonry, standard heavy-duty screws and plugs will do; for stud or plasterboard walls, use specialist plasterboard fixings rated to comfortably exceed the mirror’s weight. If you prefer leaning the mirror rather than hanging it, the flat bottom edge allows it to rest securely against any wall — just ensure it is placed on a level, stable surface.
