This round silver wall mirror pairs a sculpted, multi-ridged frame with bevelled glass to create a piece that feels considered without being fussy. A steady performer in our Wall Mirrors line-up — chosen repeatedly by customers looking for a versatile silver-framed centrepiece.
Design & Materials
The frame is built from hardwood and casting resin, finished in a soft, brushed silver tone with subtle tonal variation that catches the light beautifully. Close up, you can see the layered moulding — three gently rounded ridges that give the profile real depth and a tactile, almost liquid quality. It reads as a silver round wall mirror with classical proportions, yet the clean lines and absence of ornament keep it firmly on the modern side of the spectrum. The bevelled edge on the glass adds a refined border of refracted light around the reflection, lifting the overall effect. In our experience, a bevelled edge on a round mirror is one of the simplest ways to add a sense of quality without introducing visual clutter.
Size & Placement
At 96 cm in diameter and 4.5 cm deep, this is a medium-to-large round wall mirror that works well as a focal point above a sofa, console table, or mantelpiece. It fills the kind of wall space that smaller round mirrors leave looking bare, without dominating the way a full-length piece might. The neutral silver finish sits comfortably alongside both warm and cool palettes — customers tend to pair this with contemporary furniture in grey, white, or cream tones, though it works equally well against a deeper wall colour where the frame picks up ambient light. A hallway is another natural home: the round wood framed mirror shape softens the hard lines of a narrow space and bounces light back toward the entrance. Bedrooms benefit too, particularly when positioned opposite a window to amplify natural daylight.
Hanging & Installation
This mirror comes fitted with four D-loops on the back of the frame, positioned so you can hang it securely in a portrait orientation. Position your wall screws to line up with the centre of the corresponding D-loops, then hang the mirror directly — do not use string, wire, or chain. At 10 kg, it is manageable for two people to lift into place, and we recommend having a second pair of hands to hold it level while you mark your fixing points. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included; use fixings appropriate for your wall type, and always check for pipes or cables before drilling. For plasterboard walls, cavity fixings rated for the weight are essential.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
