Where sculpture meets reflection
This decorative full length wall mirror turns a simple reflective surface into a genuine focal point. Drawn from our Flowford Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our bedroom and hallway customers, it brings an artistic, almost sculptural quality to any wall it occupies.
Design & Materials
The silhouette is what sets this mirror apart. Rather than a conventional rectangle or arch, it follows a sinuous, organic curve — wider through the lower body, pinching at the waist, then sweeping out again into a softly rounded top. The effect is fluid and contemporary, closer to a piece of modern wall art than a traditional mirror. A slim ebony-coloured edge traces the outline, just deep enough to define the shape without introducing a bulky frame. Behind the glass sits a solid wooden backing finished in black, adding rigidity and a clean appearance from every angle. The glass itself is clear and untinted, offering true, undistorted reflection across the full surface. In our experience, a frameless irregular mirror like this reads as effortlessly modern yet adapts surprisingly well to warmer, eclectic interiors too.
Size & Placement
At 170 cm tall and 80 cm wide, this is a genuine full length large mirror for wall mounting — tall enough for a head-to-toe view yet narrow enough to sit comfortably beside furniture without dominating the space. The flat bottom edge means you can lean it securely against a wall if you prefer the relaxed, floor-propped look often seen in bedrooms and dressing areas. Mounted at standing height, it works beautifully alongside a low-profile bed, a console table in a hallway, or in a living room where you want an eye-catching accent. The irregular shape naturally draws the gaze, so placing it opposite a window or light source amplifies both brightness and visual interest. If you favour minimalist or Scandinavian-inspired décor, the clean lines pair seamlessly; equally, it provides a welcome contrast in spaces with more traditional furnishings, breaking up straight edges and adding movement to the room.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror arrives fitted with two D-loop fixings on the back, spaced for portrait hanging. Install two screws into your wall at the matching centres and hook the loops straight on — no wire or chain should be used. At 15 kg, this is a manageable weight for most solid walls, though we recommend having a second person steady the mirror while you position it. If you are fixing into plasterboard or stud walls, use appropriate cavity fixings rated for the weight. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included, so choose fixings suited to your wall type.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
