Sculpted curves, no frame, all impact
This irregular mirror is one of those pieces that stops you mid-step. Drawn from our Flowford Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our bedroom and hallway customers, it brings an undulating, sculptural quality to any wall without the visual weight of a frame. If you’re after a full length irregular mirror that doubles as wall art, this is it.
Design & Materials
The defining feature here is the shape — a series of freeform, asymmetric curves that flow from top to bottom, giving the glass an almost organic, body-like silhouette. There is no frame at all; the mirror glass is cut to this irregular shape and backed with a solid wooden board finished in black, which you can see from the side as a slim, clean edge roughly 2 cm deep. The glass itself is clear and unembellished — no bevel, no tint — so the reflection is bright, true, and undistorted. In our experience, this kind of frameless irregular shaped mirror works best against a plain, light-toned wall where the sinuous outline can really stand out as a feature. The overall aesthetic is firmly modern and minimalist, pairing naturally with contemporary, Scandi, or pared-back interiors.
Size & Placement
At 170 cm tall and 80 cm wide, this is a genuine full length mirror — tall enough to give you a head-to-toe view and wide enough to feel substantial on the wall. Despite the curvy long mirror profile, it sits comfortably alongside standard-width furniture; picture it beside a wardrobe, in a hallway, or anchoring one end of a living room. Because the base is flat, you can lean it securely against a wall as an irregular standing mirror — a popular choice for bedrooms and dressing areas where drilling isn’t practical or desired. It weighs 20 kg, so it feels reassuringly solid when propped in place. For smaller rooms, the frameless design keeps the visual footprint lighter than you might expect from a large full length decorative mirror of this size, helping to open and brighten the space rather than overwhelm it.
Hanging & Installation
The back is fitted with two D-loop fixings, spaced apart and aligned for portrait hanging. Install two screws into your wall to match the D-loop centres, then hang the mirror directly — no wire, string, or chain should be used. At 20 kg, we’d recommend a two-person lift to position it safely, and you should use fixings appropriate for your wall type (solid masonry, plasterboard, or stud). Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
