Built for the garden, loved indoors too
This gold arch mirror full length brings an elegant window silhouette to any space you place it. Part of our Honiton Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our garden and interior customers alike, it pairs generous proportions with a warm brushed-gold finish that catches light beautifully throughout the day.
Design & Materials
The frame is constructed from steel with a brushed gold finish — not overly shiny or brassy, but a soft, warm tone with visible directional brushing that gives the surface subtle texture and depth. Slim glazing bars divide the mirror glass into a grid of rectangular panes, topped by a decorative inner arch and fan-light detailing at the crown. The overall effect closely echoes a Georgian or Victorian window, lending architectural character without the weight of a timber frame. Each pane uses clear, un-bevelled mirror glass, and the back is sealed with a plastic sheet backing board for added protection — particularly useful if you intend to use it outdoors. At just 2.5 cm wide, the frame profile is deliberately restrained, letting the window pattern and the gold full length arch mirror shape do the visual work.
Size & Placement
At 180 cm tall and 85 cm wide, this is a genuinely full-length piece — tall enough to reflect head-to-toe and wide enough to create a real sense of depth in a room or garden. We often suggest this for narrow courtyard walls or fence runs where it mimics a window and makes a compact outdoor space feel twice the size. Indoors, it works beautifully in a hallway, at the end of a landing, or leaned against a living room wall as a statement leaner — the flat bottom edge sits flush on the floor, so no stand or additional support is needed. At 4 cm deep and 18 kg, it has a solid, reassuring presence without being unwieldy. If you have a large gold wall full length mirror on your wish list that can transition between seasons — garden in summer, brought into a conservatory or dining room for winter — this is a shape we reach for often.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror comes with two keyhole fixings on the back, one on each side, so you simply hook it over screws already in the wall. Do not use string, wire, or chain to hang this mirror. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included — choose fixings appropriate to your wall type (solid masonry, plasterboard, or fence post). Given the 18 kg weight, we recommend a two-person lift when positioning, and heavy-duty wall plugs or toggle bolts if you are fixing into anything other than brick or block. If leaning rather than hanging, angle the base roughly 3–5 cm from the wall for a stable rest.
