This large arch leaner mirror delivers real visual impact — nearly two metres of uninterrupted reflective surface with a softly curved top and a perfectly flat base designed for leaning against any wall. Part of our Clovelly Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our hallway and living room customers.
Design & Materials
The frameless design is the defining feature here. With no surrounding frame, the mirror’s edge sits almost flush against the wall, creating a floating, contemporary look that suits pared-back and modern interiors. The glass is clear and un-bevelled, backed by a hardwood and plastic-veneer board that provides rigidity while keeping the overall weight manageable. A close look at the edge reveals a narrow black finish — subtle enough to be invisible from a distance, yet it gives the arch silhouette a clean, defined outline. If your décor leans towards modern or plain aesthetics, this extra large leaning wall mirror will integrate seamlessly; it also pairs well with natural wood furniture and neutral wall tones.
Size & Placement
At 190cm tall and 120cm wide, this is a genuinely extra large modern wall mirror — the kind that transforms the feel of a space rather than merely decorating it. Leaned against a wall in a hallway, it creates the illusion of depth and doubled light. In a living room, position it behind a low sideboard or media unit to anchor the room visually. In a bedroom, it works beautifully as a full-length dressing mirror; the arch shape we reach for when a standard rectangle would feel too rigid for the room. Because the base is flat, the mirror rests securely on the floor when leaned at a slight angle. Allow roughly 130cm of clear wall width to give the arch room to breathe, and bear in mind the 2cm depth — it sits close to the wall for a sleek profile.
Hanging & Installation
Although this large arch wall mirror is designed primarily as a leaner, it also comes fitted with two D-loop brackets on the reverse, spaced for portrait wall mounting. If you choose to hang it, install two screws directly into your wall — spaced evenly to match the bracket centres — and hook the D-loops over them. Do not use string, wire, or chain. At 25kg, this is a two-person lift; we recommend enlisting help both for positioning and for wall-hanging. Use fixings appropriate for your wall type — rawl plugs for masonry, or specialist plasterboard anchors for stud walls. Screws and plugs are not included.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
