This large round wall mirror delivers the kind of impact that only a generously sized, frameless piece can — pure reflective glass with a softly bevelled edge and nothing else to distract the eye. Part of our Clovelly Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our living-room and hallway customers.
Design & Materials
Built around a 120 cm diameter mirror panel, this piece relies entirely on its bevelled glass edge for visual interest. The bevel catches and refracts light beautifully, creating a subtle border of angled glass that defines the mirror’s silhouette without the need for a frame. Behind the glass sits a sturdy hardwood backing finished in black plastic veneer, which keeps the profile slim at just 1.6 cm deep. When mounted, the mirror appears to float against the wall — a look that suits modern and minimalist interiors particularly well. Because there is no frame to compete with your existing décor, this large round frameless mirror blends effortlessly alongside plain or modern furnishings, neutral palettes, and bold feature walls alike.
Size & Placement
At 120 cm across, this is comfortably an extra-large round mirror for wall display, so it needs a generous expanse to breathe. In our experience, a piece this size works best as a single focal point — centred above a sofa, sideboard, or console table in the living room, or hung in a wide hallway to create an immediate sense of depth and openness. It is equally at home in a dining room, where a large round modern mirror can double the visual impact of a pendant light or chandelier. Allow at least 15–20 cm of clear wall space around the circumference so the proportions read cleanly. If you are working with a smaller room, the sheer reflective area will make the space feel noticeably larger and brighter, especially opposite a window.
Hanging & Installation
This mirror comes fitted with four D-loop fixings on the back, positioned so you can hang it securely using two wall screws spaced to match. At 18 kg, it is a substantial piece — we recommend a two-person lift both for safety and for making fine positional adjustments once it is near the wall. Use fixings rated for your wall type: heavy-duty rawl plugs for masonry, or specialist plasterboard anchors for stud walls. Do not use string, wire, or chain to hang this mirror; the D-loops are designed for direct screw mounting. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
