This silver leaner mirror pairs a generous full-length glass with one of the slimmest frames in our range — just 1.5 cm of brushed aluminium that catches the light without competing with it. Part of our Arlington Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our hallway and bedroom customers.
Design & Materials
The frame is crafted from lightweight aluminium with a fine linear brushed texture that gives it a soft, understated sheen rather than a high-polish shine. Up close, the vertical grain is clearly visible, lending a contemporary, industrial-leaning character that pairs naturally with neutral palettes, concrete accents, or Scandinavian-inspired décor. The glass is clear and unadorned — no bevel, no tint — so the reflection stays true and the frame does all the talking. Steel brackets on the rear add structural rigidity without adding visible bulk to the front profile.
Size & Placement
At 174 cm tall and 110 cm wide, this is a genuinely large silver framed wall mirror that delivers a head-to-toe reflection for most adults. Its flat bottom edge means you can lean it directly against a wall at a slight angle — we often suggest this for bedrooms or dressing areas where you want a full-length view without committing to permanent fixings. Positioned at the end of a hallway, it draws the eye and visually doubles the depth of the space. Hung in landscape above a sideboard or console table, the same mirror becomes an extra-large rectangular wall mirror that anchors the room. At only 2 cm deep and 25 kg, it sits close to the wall and keeps the look streamlined — a modern large wall mirror that works in both compact city flats and more generous living rooms.
Hanging & Installation
Four D-loops are pre-fitted to the back of the frame, positioned so the mirror can hang in either portrait or landscape orientation. Line up your wall screws with the centre of the corresponding D-loops, then hang the mirror directly — do not use string, wire, or chain. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included, so choose fixings appropriate for your wall type: solid masonry anchors for brick or block, and suitable plasterboard fixings for stud walls. At 25 kg this is a two-person lift, so have someone steady the mirror while you mark and drill. If you prefer to lean it, simply rest the flat base on a hard floor against a solid wall and angle it gently back.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
