This round bevelled mirror pairs a classic circular silhouette with a sleek, frameless profile — the kind of understated piece that lifts a room without competing with anything in it. Part of our Clovelly Collection range, a collection that sells consistently well with our living room and hallway customers.
Design & Materials
With no frame to speak of, the eye is drawn straight to the bevelled edge — a subtle angled cut around the full circumference of the glass that catches light beautifully and gives the mirror a refined, finished look. The bevel is cleanly polished, creating a soft border of refracted light that sets it apart from a standard flat-edge design. Backed by hardwood and finished with a plastic veneer surround, the construction feels solid at 7 kg without being unwieldy. The result is a plain round wall mirror that suits almost any interior, from contemporary and Scandinavian schemes to pared-back traditional spaces.
Size & Placement
At 80 cm in diameter and just 1.6 cm deep, this frameless round wall mirror sits close to the wall for a clean, modern effect. We often suggest this size for positioning above a sideboard or console table — it fills the space comfortably without overwhelming the furniture beneath. In a hallway, it opens up a narrow passage and bounces natural light where you need it most. It also works wonderfully as a modern round mirror above a dressing table; the lifestyle images show just how well it anchors a vanity set-up. In a dining room, try centring it on the wall opposite a window to double the daylight in the room. For larger walls, consider grouping two or more round mirrors at staggered heights — a styling trick that adds depth and visual interest.
Hanging & Installation
This mirror comes fitted with two D-loops on the back, aligned vertically for portrait hanging. Simply install two screws in your wall, spaced evenly to match the centres of the D-loops, and hang the mirror directly — no wire or chain is needed (or recommended). At 7 kg, it’s manageable for one person, though having a second pair of hands to check alignment always helps. Use fixings appropriate for your wall type: standard rawl plugs and screws for masonry, or specialist plasterboard anchors for stud walls. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
