This frameless arch wall mirror pairs a polished-edge glass panel with the slimmest of black wooden bezels, creating a look that reads as almost entirely frame-free from the front. Drawn from our Clovelly Collection, a line we return to often when customers ask for pared-back, modern wall mirrors.
Design & Materials
From the front, the mirror presents an uninterrupted sweep of clear glass shaped into a smooth arch at the top and straight edges along the sides and base. The bezel is crafted from hardwood finished in a matte black plastic veneer — visible mainly from an angle, where its slim 2 cm depth traces a crisp shadow line around the glass. There is no bevelled edge; instead, the glass is polished smooth to its perimeter, reinforcing the clean, minimal aesthetic. The back panel is fully enclosed in black, with two D-loop hangers set at portrait width. In our experience, this combination of arch silhouette and near-invisible frame is one of the most versatile shapes you can introduce to a modern interior — it softens straight-walled rooms without adding visual weight.
Size & Placement
At 120 cm tall and 50 cm wide, this is a large arch mirror for the wall that offers generous vertical coverage without demanding a huge expanse of space. Its narrow 50 cm width makes it particularly well suited to slim wall sections — the end of a hallway, between two doorways, or flanking a console table. In a bedroom, it works beautifully above a chest of drawers or beside a wardrobe, giving you a near-full-length check without the floor footprint of a leaner. For living rooms, try positioning it opposite a window to bounce daylight deeper into the space. The flat base means you could also lean it against a wall on a mantelpiece shelf or deep sill, though at 10 kg it is best wall-mounted for everyday use. Its plain, modern profile sits comfortably alongside natural timber furniture, white-washed walls, or darker, moodier schemes — a large modern mirror for the wall that adapts rather than dictates.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror arrives fitted with two D-loop brackets on the back, aligned for portrait hanging. Install two screws in your wall, spaced to match the bracket centres, and hook the loops directly onto them — no wire, string, or chain should be used. At 10 kg the mirror is manageable for one person to lift, though a second pair of hands makes levelling straightforward. If you are fixing into plasterboard or a hollow stud wall, use appropriate cavity fixings rated for the weight; for solid masonry, standard rawl plugs and screws will do the job. Wall screws and plugs are not included.
For a clean, flush-wall finish, we recommend pairing this mirror with our heavy-duty mirror fittings kit — a hook-and-loop back-plate system designed to sit flat against solid frames.
