Built for the garden, loved indoors too
This black arch full length garden mirror pairs a clean, contemporary silhouette with genuine outdoor durability. A steady performer in our full length mirrors line-up — chosen repeatedly by customers looking for a modern arched design that works as confidently in a courtyard as it does in a hallway.
Design & Materials
The frame is constructed from steel with a smooth matte black powder-coat finish — understated enough to suit a modern interior, tough enough to withstand the British weather. At roughly 2.5 cm wide, the frame keeps the profile slim and lets the glass do the talking. The arch top softens the otherwise linear shape, creating a silhouette reminiscent of a chapel window without any fussy detailing. Behind the clear, unbevelled glass sits a plastic sheet backing board that seals the mirror and adds rigidity. In our experience, this combination of a metal frame and sealed backing is what makes an arch black mirror genuinely full length and garden-ready rather than just marketed as one.
Size & Placement
At 180 cm tall and 60 cm wide, this is a generous full length black wall mirror — tall enough to give a head-to-toe reflection while remaining narrow enough to tuck beside a wardrobe, at the end of a landing, or between raised beds in a garden border. The flat base means you can lean it against a wall or fence for a relaxed, floor-standing look, which is a style we see chosen most often for bedrooms and dressing areas. Outdoors, mount it on a fence panel or garden wall to reflect greenery and double the sense of space — the large full length mirror in black reads beautifully against timber, brick, or composite cladding alike. If you are working with a smaller patio, the slim 60 cm width keeps sightlines open while still delivering that full length wall mirror arch effect.
Hanging & Installation
The mirror comes with two keyhole fixings on the back, so you simply hook it onto two screws driven into your wall or fence. At 20 kg it is a substantial piece; we recommend a two-person lift when positioning it, especially if you are wall-mounting at height. Use fixings appropriate to your wall type — masonry anchors for brick, heavy-duty plasterboard fixings for stud walls, or coach bolts for timber fence panels. Wall screws and rawl plugs are not included. Important: do not use string, wire, or chain to hang this mirror.
