This white full length mirror free standing brings a touch of ornate elegance to any room where you need a full-length reflection. A recent addition to our Cannington Collection range, it pairs period-inspired detailing with a crisp white finish that feels fresh and contemporary at the same time.
Design & Materials
The frame is constructed from hardwood and casting resin, which allows the intricate corner cartouches and swept top-rail carvings to be rendered with real depth and definition. A continuous beaded inner border runs around the glass, adding a refined finishing touch. The entire frame is finished in a smooth, clean white — closer to a satin sheen than a high gloss — giving it a painted furniture feel that sits naturally alongside shabby chic dressing tables, linen headboards, or painted timber wardrobes. At roughly 5 cm wide, the moulded profile is substantial enough to frame the glass with presence without looking heavy. The mirror glass itself is clear and un-bevelled, providing an honest, undistorted reflection from top to bottom.
Size & Placement
At 168 cm tall and 46 cm wide, this free standing white mirror full length is sized to give a complete head-to-toe view while fitting comfortably into tighter spaces — beside a wardrobe, in the corner of a dressing room, or next to a bedroom window where it can catch and bounce natural light. The narrow width class means it slots easily between furniture without crowding the wall. Because the base is flat, you also have the option of leaning it against a wall if you prefer a more relaxed, laid-back look — a style we see chosen most often for vintage-led bedroom schemes. In a boutique or bridal setting, the white ornate frame photographs beautifully, making it a practical choice for retail fitting rooms too.
Hanging & Installation
This mirror arrives with a black back stand already fitted, so you can position it and start using it straight away — no drilling required. The stand folds flat for storage or transport and holds the mirror at a slight backward angle for stability. At 11 kg, the mirror is manageable for one person to move, though we recommend having a second pair of hands when first setting it in place to avoid scuffing the frame. If you decide later that you would prefer to wall-hang it in portrait orientation, the back stand can be unscrewed and replaced with suitable fixings such as keyhole plates or D-loops secured into the hardwood frame.
